Jeff Jimenez leads Team Recycled
Based in Berlin, Germany, Team Recycled was founded by Filipino choreographer and creative director Jeff Jimenez.
Known for their innovative approach, the crew delivered a dynamic routine during the quarterfinals performance that incorporated coats, light-up fans and glow sticks as props.
Their creativity and precision captivated both the audience and the judges, with Simon Cowell, Mel B and Howie Mandel all rising to their feet in applause.

It was Mandel who sealed the moment with the Golden Buzzer, propelling the group straight to the Finals.
The emotional milestone left Jimenez overwhelmed with gratitude. On Instagram, he reflected on the journey, writing, “I can’t put in words how much this means to me. You see 2 minutes. But there is so much more behind these 2 minutes of performance.”
He described the process as the “greatest challenge ever to put together,” admitting that life had recently been difficult but that faith, hard work and the unwavering support of his team carried them through.
Jimenez also highlighted the personal side of this achievement, saying it meant everything to him to have his fiancée and son by his side during the process, which gave him the strength he needed. He added that he hopes his mother and family are proud of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
