Pop princess Sabrina Carpenter didn’t hold back her admiration as Taylor Swift made history once again with her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” where Carpenter is also featured on the title track.
Following the record-breaking No. 1 debut of the LP on the Billboard 200, Carpenter took to Instagram Stories to salute her mentor figure, writing, “Of. All. Time.” — a declaration that Swift is, in her eyes, the greatest of all time.
Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl” has sold 4.002 million equivalent album units in its first week in the US, according to Luminate. That makes it the biggest first-week sales figure since the company began tracking data in 1991.
Pure album sales alone accounted for 3,479,500 copies, surpassing Adele’s 2015 record, which sold 3.378 million in its first week.
On Instagram, Swift reflected on her own journey from teenage dreamer to global superstar. “I’ll never forget how excited I was in 2006 when my first album sold 40,000 copies in its first week,” she shared. “Here we are all these years later and a hundred times that many people showed up for me this week.”

She went on to thank fans for supporting the project in every way possible, from watching the videos to buying vinyl, reading her poetry, and even attending screenings tied to the album.
“I have 4 million thank you’s I want to send to the fans,” Swift said. “I’ll cherish this feeling forever.”
