After strong kickouts from the Pusong Pinoy Champion, the surprise interference of Isaiah Valencia and Nigel San Jose assisted Jake De Leon in getting the win on the anniversary of Main Maxx’s 2024 championship win.
De Leon, the current SETUP Thailand 24/7 Champion and inaugural Dexcon World Champion, now adds the Pusong Pinoy Wrestling title to his growing belt collection.
While De Leon is dead set on leaving the Philippine wrestling scene soon, Maxx announced after the match that 2026 will be his final year as a pro wrestler. This was not the only announcement of a roster exit at the event.
Fabio Makisig vs Danny Zamora (Loser Leaves PUSO Wrestling)
The high-stakes bout saw “The Ace of Philippine Wrestling” Fabio Makisig lose to rival Danny Zamora.
Afterwards, Makisig said his future in wrestling is uncertain. He then thanked the fans who supported him thus far and remains optimistic about wrestling in the “Promised Land” of Japan.
Chelsea Marie vs Joya (No Holds Barred)
Wrestling soulmates Chelsea Marie and Joya took the heated fight all over Brawl Pit Bulusan. The show-stealing bout saw a ladder, a table, chains and more weapons come into play before Chelsea won the trilogy.
