On the weekend of Katseye’s second Coachella appearance, the global girl group’s leader Sophia Laforteza was spotted with influencer Leon Barretto at WWE Wrestlemania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Laforteza has revealed on social media that she used to watch WWE in middle school and was a fan of pro wrestler AJ Lee.

The two connected on Instagram in 2025. The wrestler had mentioned Katseye in a Story and made headlines returning to WWE, prompting a message from the singer.
Laforteza attended Wrestlemania front-row with Barretto, son of actors Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla. Leon Barretto also supported Laforteza at Katseye’s Coachella festival debut.

The global girl group was among the most-watched acts online at this year’s Coachella, alongside all-Filipina pop group BINI.
Katseye made headlines at the festival performing “Golden” with Huntr/x, the voices behind the “KPop Demon Hunters” breakout hit.

Katseye’s third EP “Wild,” the follow-up to their chart-topping “Beautiful Chaos” EP, will drop on Aug. 14.
