Global music stars Chappell Roan, Bikini Kill, Alanis Morissette, Stevie Nicks and more joined Olivia Rodrigo for her inaugural women-led charity event, Daisy Chain Fields Music Festival.

The artists performed for free at Great Park in Irvine, California, helping the festival raise $20 million for 10 nonprofit organizations supporting women.

Before the event, the Filipino American pop superstar announced that Daisy Chain Fields had already raised $10 million for its partner organizations.
During her Aug. 29 set, Rodrigo welcomed philanthropist Melinda French Gates to the stage, where Gates announced an additional $10 million donation, bringing the total to $20 million.

Rodrigo also performed with special guest Sarah McLachlan, who co-founded the 1990s Lilith Fair festival that helped inspire Daisy Chain.

Partner organizations include Planned Parenthood, the Black Mamas Matter Alliance and the National Women’s Law Center.
Rodrigo closed the event by confirming the festival will return, telling the crowd, “I will see you next year!”
